![]() ![]() It was really confusing when I tried accessing my email. Several weeks ago they were posting some warnings that the app was going to be shut down today. That was frustrating in and of itself, but the app seemed to have so many issues and I could tell that it took great joy in telling me my password was incorrect, despite me not changing it. ![]() Ok, downloaded their app, which meant I had to check emails on two separate apps. I connected with Comcast online and they said that for security reasons they were only supporting access to their email via their app. It would also screw up when trying to reply or send new messages.Īfter a while, it got to the point where it just stopped working at all. Some days it would not show any new emails despite my knowing there were new ones as I could see them from my computer. I had originally been able to access it through my gmail, but it seemed to not always work correctly.
